FAQ Regarding Buying From Luoyang Bright Office Furniture

1. Where are you located? Which port do you export?

We are located in Luoyang City, Henan Province, which is in center of China.

We export from Qingdao Port, China.

2. How can we visit you?

By air, we have Luoyang Beijiao Airport in our city. You can fly directly from Guangzhou, Shanghai or Beijing to our Airport, by 2 to 2.5 hours. Or you can fly to Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport. We can arrange pickup at Airport.

By hi-speed train, we have Luoyang Longmen Railway Station, which takes about 20 minutes to our factory. We will pick you up at the railway station.

3. Can you do our request design and color?

Yes, sure. We can do customer’s request design, includes size, structure, handle, locks, colors and package. Almost full range of our products can change size and structure as per customer’s special requirements.


4. How can I get a quote?

You can contact us by Email, WhatsApp, Wechat, Telephone, FB etc,, discuss with our sales for detailed requirements on each model and quantity required, our sales will send you most competitive price.

5. What is thickness for material?

Almost all of our models use cold rolling steel sheet, powdered with environment friendly powder. The standard thickness of steel is usually 0.5mm to 1.0mm for storage cupboards, lockers, drawer cabinets and pedestal. And for racks and shelving units, standard thickness is 1.2mm to 2.0mm.

Price will be different depends on thickness of material required.

6. Can you put our logo on products and package?

Yes. Depends on your request.


7. What is your payment and delivery terms?

We accept 30% T/T in advance, 70% T/T balance payment before loading container, or 70% L/C at sight.

Our lead time is usually 25 to 35 days after getting deposit. Final dates depends on production schedule.

8. What is your MOQ?

MOQ is full 20’GP container mixing at most 5 models. Most of our customers release order in 40’HQ containers, with more competitive price.

MOQ for each model is 50 pcs.


9.    How can we place an order?

We need to know your company’s detailed information, such as company name, Consignee and notify party detailed information including name, address, phone and contact person, and destination port.

The models you are interested, the sizes and colors required, any special request on package and product details, and order quantity for each model, of course.

The way you like to deliver the order, by FOB or CIF. If FOB, your shipping book number or contact info of your forwarder. (This can be done nearly before production finish).

10.  Can we order LCL?

Usually we do not suggest LCL (Less than Container Load), because our products are delivered in KD structure, and package are cartons. LCL requires loading and unloading many times during whole delivery, which may make cartons broken or inside parts got dented or scratched for our standard package. This does not mean that our products are packaged in unsafe way, that is our standard package is not Mail package, it needs special care in delivery.

So if LCL is a must, we usually suggest wooden pallet package outside of carton.

11.   What is the structure of products? How can we assemble?

Almost full range of our products are in KD structure, we offer installation manual inside each carton with spare parts.

Usually we offer for free Additional Spare Part Box to each container, including screws, nuts, buckles, handles and locks which are frequently required for ordered models, in case of any shortage.
